Terms and Conditions for Pangia Pass eSIM Service

Welcome to Pangia Pass, unlimited mobile data connectivity across the globe! Before we set off on this adventure together, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our service is data-only and does not include calls or texts.

1. Service Description

1.1 Pangia Pass, a service provided by True Global Limited, offers an unlimited eSIM data package.

1.2 By subscribing to our service, you'll have access to unlimited data in supported countries. Please check our coverage map to ensure your desired locations are included.

2. Subscription and Billing

2.1 Your Pangia Pass subscription will be automatically renewed each month, and the monthly fee of $29.50 will be charged to your provided payment method.

2.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that no refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

2.3 Trial Periods:

  • When you sign up with a promotional code for a free trial period, you'll need to provide valid credit card details.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at $29.50 per month after the trial period ends unless cancelled.
  • If you cancel during your free trial period, your service will end immediately, and the remaining trial period will not be available.
  • You can only use one trial period offer per customer.

2.4 Termination:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • For paid subscriptions, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • For trial subscriptions, access will end immediately upon cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if we detect violation of our acceptable use policy.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 We're proud to offer unlimited data connectivity and want you to make the most of it! We ask that you use our service responsibly.

3.2 To ensure everyone gets a great experience, we may occasionally need to optimize connection speeds for users whose daily data consumption suggests they're using our mobile service as a replacement for fixed-line internet (like home Wi-Fi). In these cases, you'll still maintain connectivity, just at adjusted speeds.

3.3 Some patterns that may result in service optimization include:

  • Sharing your eSIM across multiple devices or users (it's a single-user subscription).
  • Using the service as a permanent replacement for fixed-line internet services.
  • Using automated systems or machine-to-machine communication without our prior approval.

3.4 We'll try to work with you if we notice unusual usage patterns. Our goal is to maintain great service for everyone while giving you the freedom to use your data as you need it.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 We strive to provide the best possible service, but sometimes things beyond our control can happen. In the event of service disruptions or issues, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4.2 We're not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages related to your use of our service. If you experience any service hiccups that cause inconvenience, we apologize, but we can't be held liable for resulting damages.

5. Privacy

5.1 We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We'll only collect and use your data to provide and improve our service, and we won't share it with any third parties unless required by law.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly discussions, but if needed, we'll defer to the courts of the United Kingdom.

Remote Connection Challenge

  • Take a screenshot of using Pangia in a remote location.
  • Post it on Instagram and tag us to get $10 off your next month's subscription.

8. Technical Requirements & Compatibility

Before you dive in:

  • You'll need an eSIM-compatible device to use our service.
  • By signing up, you confirm your device is eSIM-compatible.
  • If your device turns out not to be compatible, we won't be able to issue a refund, so please double-check.

9. Account Security

Keep your account secure:

  • Don't share your login details.
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately.

10. When Things Are Beyond Our Control
